Varför blir vi fetare?

  • Många anser att den främsta orsaken till övervikt är att vi äter för mycket och rör oss för lite. But there are people who eat as much as they like without gaining weight. There are also people who starve themselves with low calorie products and salads all day long, only to put on more weight each day. As we are born ignorant on the subject, there are some basics that need to be known and applied.


  • Stress! The factor that's really killing us.
  • Work stress, emotional stress, or mental stress, eating as you go, sleep deprivation and malnutrition, launches the body into attack/defence mood and is a major factor in obesity and illness. Digestion goes to a minimum. Reserves are depleted and what cannot be used is stored for future needs.


  • The body is designed to convert all food to energy.
  • Modern food is difficult to digest and get energy out of. It is genetically modified, has pesticides, food coloring and preservatives. Medicin we use in order to handle body problems have toxic effects that make the body acid and limit the extraction of useful nutrients. Unless you want to live on an isolated island, you need to know how to cope with this.


  • You decide what you feed your body.
  • Whether produced ecologically or by a junk food chain, the body has to get everything it needs from what you eat. If you drink twenty cups of coffee and eat fast food all week, the body works out how to survive. It may not function perfectly, but it adapts as long as it can. Vitamins, proteins and minerals are needed in order to build cells and muscles. Carbohydrates, minerals and enzymes help digest food and create cellular energy. The body takes what it needs even if hidden in a package of junk, even if it has to take it from the bones. Harmful or unrecognized substances are attacked, or are expulsed. If this doesn’t work they are covered in fat and stored. That way the belly grows until we go belly up from accumulated garbage.

  • No miracle pill will clean up clogged up kidneys, liver or lungs. Still you can learn how to eat anything you like while helping the body resurge back to a healthy life style.
